We stand behind our products with a 7-day “we’ll make it right” guarantee.

How it works

If a product doesn’t deliver what its page promises, email ravi.kumar1092nit@gmail.com or message WhatsApp +91 78590 70463 within 7 days of purchase. We’ll first try to fix it (resend files, help you use it). If we can’t make it right, we’ll refund your original payment method.

Because these are digital goods

Products are delivered instantly and can be copied, so refunds are offered under the 7-day guarantee above rather than as unconditional returns. “Changed my mind” requests after download, or requests after 7 days, may not be eligible.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed via SuperProfile/our payment provider and typically appear in 5–10 business days.
